Corecon’s estimating solution is a robust cloud-based tool that will streamline the entire bidding process. Track job opportunities using Leads and document the status using Stages (eg. bidding, bid submitted, award). Distribute drawings and specs to vendors within the Invitation to Bid feature. Quickly build Estimates for leads and projects where line items are organized by cost code and optional location. Markups can be applied both at the line-item level or for the entire estimate. Plus, RFP packages are fully integrated with estimates and can be used to request and analyze vendor pricing.
